Stayed exactly the same after missing a week's meeting and scarfing down more food and wine than should be legal. I'm taking it as a sign to get back on track, and after 2 days of walking in the morning and staying within my points, I'm doing just that.

Man. I'm almost ashamed to admit this--- I'm up about five pounds. Which is still 2 pounds under my goal weight, but... damn! I didn't realize how much walking 3 miles a day was holding the spread of my ass in check until we went on vacation and then I got sick upon getting home, so didn't walk for two weeks. Today was the first day back to walking, and it felt SO GOOD! I am hoping to get those five pounds back (or lost, depending on how you look at it) and maybe another five pounds just in case. Sigh. It's going to be hard to pass on the beer, though. Must think wine, 2 points a glass, better than beer at 5 points. Still; sigh.
