Off they go to make sauce. As much as I loooooove me some fresh toms, I just can't keep up with the supply. So they become chopped, frozen goodness to be enjoyed at a later date......maybe an Italian night in October? ;)

Awesome! We've had a few from our little plant. Tasty. Sherrie has lots and makes homemade salsa, and I think she cans it! They grow their own jalapenos, too. I hope we'll have an actual veggie garden next year, instead of just stuff on the deck.
